Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Elite Education & Recruitment (eer) Ltd (trading as "Elite Education UK"), we value your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of our educational programs.

1. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from the date of enrollment. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund, provided that you have not accessed the online course materials or attended any teaching sessions.

2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, or once you have accessed course materials, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider partial refunds or course credits in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness), supported by appropriate documentation.

3. Course Postponement

If you are unable to start your course on the scheduled date, you may request to postpone your enrollment to a later cohort. Requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the course start date.

4. Cancellation by Elite Education UK

In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course or start date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email your name, enrollment details, and reason for the request to admissions@eliteeducationuk.com.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 operational days using the original payment method.
